Using this website

This website has no login, payments or its own registration form. We may use optional Google Analytics 4 only after you give explicit consent before analytics starts. Without consent, analytics does not start. The legal basis for analytics is consent. Your choice is stored in this website's browser localStorage for 180 days. You can change or withdraw it through the privacy settings in the footer. Fonts and images are served from this website. Quick-guide choices are handled in the browser, and the campaign code is copied to your clipboard only when you press the copy button.

Google Analytics 4 and analytics data

The analytics provider is Google Ireland Limited. After consent, analytics may process an IP address, browser and device technical data, and limited page views. It may also measure predefined quick-guide choices, campaign-code copies, and clicks on calls to action leading to WOBiapp. The page path is sanitised before it is sent: query parameters, hash fragments, promotion identifiers and personal data are excluded.

Analytics is not configured for ads, remarketing, User-ID or cross-domain measurement. Google signals and user-provided IDs are off, precise location and device data collection are off, and ads personalisation is off in all 307 Google regions. Google Analytics event data is retained for two months. User-level data retention is 14 months with reset on activity enabled. New GA4 cookies are retained for 90 days. Aggregated reports are outside this same retention period and may keep aggregate information longer.

Google may process data outside the EEA. Applicable data-protection safeguards are used for those transfers. Read Google's privacy policy.

Withdrawing analytics consent

You can withdraw consent through the privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics transmissions, reloads the page, and deletes applicable first-party GA4 cookies. It does not claim deletion of data already formed in Google Analytics.

Technical data and hosting

Hosting is provided by Zoner. Delivering and protecting the website involves technical request data, which may include IP address, requested page, time, browser information and response status. The purposes are serving pages, investigating faults and preventing misuse. Processing is based on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website.

Email enquiries

An email link opens your own email application. If you email us, we process your address, message and information you provide to respond and handle related correspondence. The basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or, where applicable, steps taken at your request before a contract. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

The separate WOBiapp waitlist

Registration links open the WOBiapp website and pass the source ref=kymppikerho to WOBiapp when you open the link. Its form uses this to pre-fill KYMPPIKERHO#2026. Kymppikerho.fi does not receive the form email or confirmation data. Read the separate waitlist privacy information. Copying the code or opening the link does not register you. Confirmed waitlist registration does not yet create an app account or credit a campaign benefit.

Recipients and retention

Authorised people handling the matter and the hosting, analytics or email providers supporting it may access data where necessary for their tasks. Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the matter, related obligations and any legal claims. Technical logs and backups follow hosting log rotation, recovery arrangements and security needs. Information needed to investigate a security incident may be kept for the investigation.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its conditions are met. Contact the email above; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. This website does not carry out automated individual decisions or profiling.

We update this notice when processing changes. Changes to analytics, advertising or account features and the choices they require will be described before use. This notice describes the processing relevant to this website.
